Data Sharing Agreement

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE DATA IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS (the “Authors”) BE LIABLE, AND YOU HEREBY RLEASE Authors from ANY LIABILITY, FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like), WHETHER IN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DATA OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE DATA, EVEN IF THE Authors HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Attribution Conditions: To the extent that you use, copy, modify, merge, publish, create derivative works, and distribute copies of the Data (including in modified form), you agree to acknowledge the Authors as the source of the Data using the following guidelines:

1. Retain the following if it is supplied by the Authors with the Data:
   1. identification of the Authors(s) of the Data and any others designated to receive attribution
   2. a copyright notice, if applicable;
   3. a notice that refers to this agreement and NextG mmWave Channel Model Alliance;
   4. a notice that refers to the disclaimer of warranties;
   5. a URI or hyperlink to the Data to the extent reasonably practicable;
2. indicate if you modified the Data and retain an indication of any previous modifications; and
3. indicate the Data is made available under this agreement, and include the text of, or the URI or hyperlink to, this agreement.
4. Data contributed by agencies of the Federal government are not subject to copyright protection within the United States.
